The Adventures By Disney program features only 19 vacation destinations around the world and Peru recently made the cut. This specialty travel tour takes travelers from Lima to Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, Cusco and then back to Lima so that they can learn about the Inca ruins, explore remote rivers and learn about the history of Peruvian weaving. The new trip itinerary is now open for booking and features accommodations at the Casa Andina Private Collection Miraflores and Cusco hotels, as well as a visit to the Sol y Luna Lodge and Spa.

Trip dates for this Adventures By Disney package are in February, July, August, September, October and December 2010. Another trip is scheduled for February 2011. Vacationers travel round trip by a commercial airline between Lima and Cusco, and travel from Cusco to the Sacred Valley and other sites are by motor coach. Travelers are scheduled to take a train and motor coach to sites around Machu Picchu.

Rates for the Peruvian adventure range from ,699 to ,799 for adutls depending on the date, and ,429 and ,399 for children. The eight-day trip is designed as a cultural immersion experience complete with tours of the salt terraces of Mara, cooking demonstrations, a train ride to Machu Picchu and live entertainment throughout the journey.

The Disney Peru vacation scheduled for February 8, June 7, July 12, July 26 and August 16 are eligible for this promotion.
